Betsy Carbajal Rivera: In my political ideology quiz, it shows that I am a solid liberal along with 16% of the public. I do not keep up with our government and only learn about it through social media such as Twitter and Facebook, so as of now, I do not have any political influences. I voted for the first time last year during the senate election. I am taking this class not only because it is a required course for my major, but because I want to increase my knowledge in government. I hope to get understanding in the importance of our government and how it affects us citizens daily. I would like to learn the positive and negative things about our government today. In the Civic Literacy, my ranking was Plebeian with a total of 40%. In the Current Event quiz, I got half of the questions correct.
